Shipping:

We at ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ take pride in the designs and quality of the products we provide and offering great customer service is one of our top priorities. Our goal is to make sure each one of you is satisfied with your purchase.

 

Delivery Service:

‘The Muslin Bag’ delivers globally and partners with the leading logistics providers and make sure your package reaches safe and sound.

 

Shipping Costs: 

- Free shipping on all orders within India.
- This cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or discount coupon.
- Free shipping is not applicable on products purchased from the SALE page or any discounted catalog.
- At the time of product checkout, shipping charges will be mentioned if applicable as per the terms.

 

Duties & Taxes:

Custom Duty / Local Taxes / VAT / Import Duty if applicable are borne directly by the customer, at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. ‘The Muslin Bag’ does not include these costs / charges on the product price. They are chargeable, additionally over the price of the product ordered as per the custom policies of your country.

Please Note: These charges differ from country to country according to the local rules and regulations.

 

Shipment Processing Time:

‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ provides a variety of products that are designed specially by each designer to meet your taste in fashion. The delivery time mentioned for a product is an approximate time period, however we look at delivering the product sooner than the time mentioned.

 

On receiving your order –

- The items that are available in stock / warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped via our courier partners.

- For products that are specially made or handcrafted or not in stock and need to be designed, please allow 4 weeks as it depends on the designer and work required.

- For customized / altered products (a service provided based on measurements shared by you), please allow 3 - 4 weeks depending on the extent of alteration required after which the product will be couriered. Please allow an overall time period of 3 - 4 weeks, as the item needs to be customized and then shipped.

Note: On the product page for each item, you’ll see an accurate delivery estimate and the customization service provided.

 

Multiple Orders:

Items maybe shipped separately if there are multiple orders from you. This is to ensure prompt delivery of the product(s).

 

Shipment Tracking:

After placing an order, the order will be handed over to the courier agency. You will then receive an e-mail with the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can track and monitor the status of your product.

Note: The activation of the tracking code may take up to 24 hours on the tracking website.

 

Shipping Address:

Customers are kindly requested to share the entire shipping address along with the postal code. ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ will not be responsible for any delay in shipping if an incomplete address has been shared. The customer will have to bear the reshipping charges if such a case arises.
Customers can change their shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes in the shipping address will not be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Delay
We at ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ strive very hard to make sure the products are processed and delivered on time. If any delay arises from our end, then we apologize for the same in advance and will keep you posted about the delay.
However, a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, or any other unforeseen circumstance, we shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock, ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.

 

Returns:

‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ makes sure each and every product is well inspected before shipping them. We also provide COD (Cash On Delivery) for products up to Rs. 10,000 only within India. No COD available on International orders. Our policies are created keeping you in mind to ensure you are satisfied with every step of the way.


Damaged / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item:

- We at ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ check the items for quality purpose to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you.
- It is advisable for the customer to check the quality / quantity of the product against the invoice to avoid any misunderstanding.
- If by chance the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, kindly contact us at info@themuslinbag.com
- We will asses your complaint and either give you a refund or order you a replacement.
- Kindly retain all packaging materials, tags, including ‘The Muslin Bag’ handtags, attached.
- All defective / damaged / faulty products are to be returned in its original condition, original packaging, unworn or unwashed along with the invoice sealed carefully.
- We will share confirmation e-mail with you, until then please do not return any product to ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’.

 

Need to Return:

- Return / exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and should be returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items should be in original condition. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- If you choose to self ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. 
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Return Process:

- If a wrong product has been sent, you need to confirm it with us within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- E-mail at info@themuslinbag.com stating your issue. If the product sent is wrong or has been damaged it would be much appreciated if you shared pictures of the damaged product.
- We shall then send you a confirmation e-mail on examining the product / situation. The e-mail will guide you with details on how to return the product.
- Items should be returned within 7 days (Only after confirmation from our end through examination of the situation)
- Items should be couriered back on the below mentioned address;

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

- Customized / Altered products are non-returnable.


Cancellations:

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
Once you request the cancellation of a particular item(s) in your order, it will take us around 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be informed about the same.


Exchange My Item?

We currently do not allow exchanges for designer wear as our products are specially made. There can be a replacement if the product sent is wrong or damaged.


Refund / Store Credits

Once we have received your returned item and it complies with our return policy, we will credit the refund amount with store credits (which can be used for future purchases). Under exceptional cases (for damaged products or wrong shipments) we will return the refund amount. The refunded amount will show on your account 5-6 business days from the day we receive the returned item. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of ‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ based on the terms.
Please Note: Refund payments could even take up to 8 -12 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
