Are the products provided authentic?
‘THE MUSLIN BAG’ works directly with the designers and is in direct contact with them. The products sold on ‘The Muslin Bag’ are authentic and we promise to keep it that way.

Customization:

How does the customize process work?
Yes, customization is an option at ‘The Muslin Bag’. Once you select the customize option on the product page, you will then receive a mail from us. You are requested to send us your measurement details on the mailing ID – info@themuslinbag.com.

 

Orders:

How long does the delivery of an order take?
Domestic delivery time takes 2 - 4 days. International delivery time takes 5 – 7 business days. For a better understanding of the overall production time and delivery time visit the ‘Shipping & Returns’ section - <Click Here>.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through the leading credit cards including international cards. We also accept COD on orders up to INR 10,000.

How will I know my order has been received?
After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. You can track your order. Your order will be accepted once your credit card and shipping address has been verified.

Can I Modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
For all countries except India, import duties and taxes may apply in addition to shipping charges. Import duties and taxes vary from country to country.

What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

Can I redirect my order after it has already been submitted?
It is not possible to change addresses to a different country once your order is already shipped.

 

Policies for COD:

What is the policy for COD?
When you place an order through COD, we will contact you to confirm your order. If you are unreachable or not contactable you can get in touch with us on info@themuslinbag.com. Only after confirmation from you will we place the order.

Why isn’t COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on your order history.
